Thanks, I've just committed a slightly modified version of this patch.
 I removed the keybindings for the 'output' and 'errors' tabs since
they will be removed eventually and they're not useful to users.  I
also removed the word " View" from the end of all of the menu items
since they're alread in the "View" menu, and I found it redundant.
