Summary:
jhbuild maintenance & development, library.gnome.org, buildbot development & administration.

Detailed description:
Took over James as JHBuild maintainer, and kept up with bug reports for new features, while tackling some old 
requests.  Developed stuff to make library.gnome.org possible.  Some recent activity on renewing interest 
into buildbot slaves, with a few slaves and convergence to a future build.gnome.org (and kept an eye on build 
failures, filing bug reports and writing patches when necessary).
