Engineering English is the English taken from the UI specs. It's English
but might not be 100% linguistically correct. engb is "proper" English
examined by a linguist.

Engineering English is taken from the UI specs and integrated so we
don't get a lot of logical IDs and the developers can "see" the final
application running.
