CList in dialog

G'Day !

I have several dialogs with Clist in them.  They problem is that when I
kill the dialog and reopen it the CList fails to be recreated.  From the
wraning messages I get, it looks like the ref count is not cleared.

So my question is what is the proper way to destroy a clist ?  All the
examples I have seen have the clist in the main window so it is not
explained well.

Is it simply a matter of clearing the list before killing the dialog ?
