Hi all,

It is time this mailing list moved to discourse?

The process is fairly simple:
https://discourse.gnome.org/t/how-to-move-a-mailing-list-to-discourse/1642

It would involve creating a #uk tag on discourse, mailing everyone
left
on this list to prompt them to move over, and then archiving the
list.

Sounds like a fair idea.

Since there’s one +1 and no -1s, I’ve requested that the list be
archived:

https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/-/issues/806

The new `uk` tag has already been created on Discourse:

https://discourse.gnome.org/tag/uk

Anyone who still wants to receive announcements about UK events, or
discuss UK-related GNOME issues should subscribe to/watch that tag on
Discourse.

If you’d prefer to continue interacting via your e-mail client, you can
easily use Discourse via e-mail:

https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/how-do-i-use-discourse-via-email/15279

Moving to discourse may revitalise UK-based discussion/event
planning
a
little, as this mailing list seems a little dead.

I think this is a decent candidate for understatement of the decade!
