[Glade-devel] Glade 2.0.1 and C++ support

I have heard two independant reports that the C++ option was either 
removed or invisible within glade 2.0.1. [I did not check personally]

At least the ability to set the C++ visibility <cxx_visibility> is vital 
to glademm users since this option is used to determine which widgets 
deserve a [member] variable.
