[Gimp-user] Gimp error

Hello,
Can someone help me, I have install GIMP 2.10 for windows x64 but when I want to
launch it, I have an error "fatal error :unhandled exception" (see attached),
the configuration of my surface pro is in the attachments.
Thank you very much, I have reinstall it 3 times but nothing
