"A comparison of the Gimp 2/bin folders 2.10.2 contains libenchant.dll while
"2.10.4 contains libenchant-2.dll

"Installing 2.10.4 over 2.10.2  provides the file, or if you have a trusted
"source you can add the file libenchant.dll yourself."
