I am a newbeginner - using GIMP for the first time. I made this video -slideshow- by simply using the basic 
tools. 
Combining colourpicker  FB-blend -scale copy-past - during some hours last night.
However, I find the ZOOM-tool very frustrating!
But I enjoyed the result- using the pics in Win Moviemaker.
