It should most likely be GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X.

The main reason to write Microsoft Windows is to remove the ambiguity
with the term for the UI concept of windows.

GNU/Linux is the preferred way to refer to this platform, as this
highlights the importance of the GNU tools besides the kernel (Linux).

For OS X... not sure how to refer to this one most correctly, I've seen
Mac OS X, OS X and OSX, ...
