[Evolution] More info on Shortcut problem + filtering

The problem with random shortcuts getting created when dragging from the
folder view only happens (for me) with IMAP mail sources. 

Also, something strange happened to mail filtering.  I had a rule for
"[Evolution" and because of that rule, I wasn't able get mail from my
one pop source.  I got an error about an unmatched [ or [^.  Now, I'm
assuming from this message that it means I could do regexps in the mail
filter, but what about just plain text?  That rule caught both
[Evolution] and [Evolution-hackers].  Anyway, it was a simple fix, but
you might want to either warn people that there are some chars they
can't use like they would alpha's.

The last aside is the delete key.  Click on delete works fine and
doesn't advance to the next mail.  But hitting the delete key marks a
message as deleted and skips to some non-random place.  Non-random
because it's always the same message for the same "deleted" message, but
different for even the next one (or the one it jumps to!).  This is most
likely a known bug though, eh?

p.s. I'm posting this here because bugzilla.helixcode.com doesn't seem
