This is misleading. There were a lot of documentation updates (E.g. in
the PDF the number of
pages increased from 32 to 81.

However, version number and Copyright date were not updated. I've
updated this now for the next
release.

However is updating the documentation: Please bump the revision and
add a <revhistory> entry,
otherwise your contributions might be overlooked, because the users
assume that nothing
has changed...
