Postponing 3.1.90 by one week

As a quick followup to the 3.1.5 announcement, the release team had a
quick discussion and we agreed that while many features are already in
we also want to be sure features are not being blocked as hackers were
busy discussing the future of GNOME at the Desktop Summit and didn't
all get the features they planned reviewed and integrated on time.

We will therefore delay the release of the first beta of GNOME 3.2 by
a week, it is now scheduled on for August 31st, and the feature freeze
will take effect after that release.

The other freeze and release dates are still effective, and we do not
expect other changes in the schedule.

Keep on hacking,

        Fred
