js toolbar

I commited some initial code for adding text to a whiteboard. The UI is
sort of crap, and it would be nice to do something better.

There is a nice non-free toolbar at:

http://www.blueshoes.org/en/javascript/toolbar/

We could try to do something like that. It has both toggle buttons (for
the tools) and multi-selector dropdowns (for the color).
