Built and tested succesfully on:
- Windows 10
- MingW64, gcc 7.2.0, both 64 and 32 bits. The EXSLT crypto:rc4 tests
still fail, but I have a fix for that. A small problem turned up when
testing the 32-bit build [1] but this is a long-standing issue.
- MSVC 14.11
- macOS 10.14 with stock command-line developer tools
