[xslt] libxm2 2.7.8 - Compatibly with x64 Windows?

I would like to know:

1. if the mentioned version (2.7.8) is compatible with x64 bit windows.
2. I have found some HIGH vulnerabilities (CVE-2011-1944/CVSS Severity: 9.3 HIGH, CVE-2010-4494/CVSS Severity: 10.0 HIGH), is there any version that deals with these vulnerabilities?
3. Licences is MIT, meaning it can be reused?
