Hello,

  Hello,

why are you asking on the xslt list for libxml2 and not on the xml one ?

I would like to know:
1) if the mentioned version (2.7.8) is compatible with x64 bit windows.

I never used Windows but all version in the last decade or so have been
ported there. 2.7.8 is *old*

2) I have found some HIGH vulnerabilities (CVE-2011-1944/CVSS Severity: 9.3 HIGH, CVE-2010-4494/CVSS
Severity: 10.0 HIGH), is there any version that deals with these vulnerabilities?

   http://xmlsoft.org/news.html

the vulnerabilites you reference are from 2010 and 2011 so any release
from 2012 onward should have the fixes you look for.

3) Licences is MIT, meaning it can be reused?

Are you looking for free lawyer advice here ? Really ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
Nikos
