[xslt] XSLT 2.0

Does libxslt support XSLT 2.0? If not, are then plans for it to do this
later? 

My apologies if this question is asked elsewhere on the list. The most
recent post I could find about it was 2006. If this is answered
elsewhere, perhaps it would be sensible to add it to the FAQ:
