[xslt] libxslt release tags

Hi there,

I noticed that the most recent tag in the libxslt SVN repository  
corresponds to libxslt 1.1.18, while 1.1.19 and 1.1.20 have both been  
released since then.  Is there any plans to continue the tagging of  
releases?  This would simplify tracking official releases at the SVN  
level without having to resort to source tarballs.
