[xslt] Use xsltproc as a xinclude directive (only) parser

Hi! Is it possible to use xsltproc without a stylesheet? I need this
to use only the xinclude parser functionality included, avoiding
adding another dependency that can't guarantee reliability and speed
as xsltproc can. I tryed some switches, like --novalid and --nodtdattr
, but it didn't work..
