How do I generate debug output with DEBUG_EXSLT_DATE enabled? I
rebuilt date.c with it but don't see anything different from xsltproc:
$ ../../../xsltproc/xsltproc ./datetime.1.xsl ./datetime.1.xml
[normal output]
