[xslt] xsl:attribute

Hi 

People, what you think about extending xsl:attribute element with select
attribute, like in many other elements of xslt ? I understand that it is
not in XSLT-1.0 standard, but it seems very usable for both XSLT code
readability and transformation speed.

(you can use simple string reference instead of string-to-RTF and then
RTF-to-string conversion in some cases)
