[xslt] Re: ancestor-or-self reverse axis bug

Hmm, this is a very tricky one. I'm still reading the spec to say 
that the testsuite and libxslt are wrong here, but I've now noticed 
that a later version of Xalan now agrees with libxslt. It's entirely 
possible I am misreading the spec and there's no bug here. I'll try 
to investigate further.
