[xslt] Date libexslt

Can anyone tell me how I obtain the time based on UTC?

date:date-time() gives me the time with my local zone.

2004-04-27T11:07:06+02:00

Because I'm interested to a difference, and because date:add('1970-01-01T00:00:00Z', date:duration(LMT) gives me the result based on UTC (2004-04-15T22:00:00Z), I have to obtain date:date-time() based on UTC to solve my problem.

Can you give me some advice?

I'm using:

Using libxml 20511, libxslt 10033 and libexslt 722
xsltproc was compiled against libxml 20511, libxslt 10033 and libexslt 722
libxslt 10033 was compiled against libxml 20511
libexslt 722 was compiled against libxml 20511
