[xslt] ANN: Mac OS X Binaries

The Mac OS X binary distribution has been updated to the 
latest-and-greatest
libxml2-2.6.2 and libxslt-1.1.0.

Having just installed MacOS 10.3 (aka "Panther") on my PowerBook, I 
note with
great interest that it now includes libxml2-2.5.4 as a built-in feature!
Alas, no built-in libxslt :-(

Panther also includes libiconv, so I am no longer including that 
framework
in the distribution.  Accordingly, there are now two distributions:
one for Panther and one for Jaguar (ie. 10.2 and 10.1).  This 
distribution
will be the last for Jaguar.
