FYI, I'm still trying to find the best way to make setEntityLoader "private" to an XML 
document or stylesheet.

Can setEntityLoader issues be discussed in this thread as well?

Converting setEntityLoader to accept bound method objects is not hard, but it's 
incomplete without making it per-document. And that's where I'm stuck at the moment.
