[xslt] xsltGenericDebugContext & xsltGenericErrorContext mixed up?

In transform.c (and in many other places) there is
the following call:

xsltGenericError(xsltGenericDebugContext,
"xsltApplyOneTemplate: problem with xsl:%s\n",
                                 cur->name);
  
Should it be xsltGenericErrorContext instead of
xsltGenericDebugContext????
