[XSLT] libxslt for windows: xsltSaveResultToString

hello to all,

i want to use the method xsltSaveResultToSting() from the win libxslt api
(libxslt-1.0.23-win). But it seems, that espacially just this method is not
exported in libxslt.dll. All other xsltSaveResult methods are working
correct.

i will be pleased, if you could verify this.
