[xslt] Updated Mac OS X binaries available

Mac OS X binaries for libxml2-2.5.2 and libxslt-1.0.25
are now available from http://www.zveno.com/open_source/libxmlxslt.html

The frameworks have been built to allow embedding.
Also included is the libiconv-1.8 library.

Due to popular request, the Project Builder files are now
available so you can roll-your-own.  Please note that when
building libxslt two files in the libxslt subdirectory,
extras.h and extensions.h, must be modified to use

#include <libxml/xpath.h>

instead of

#include "libxml/xpath"

This is due to the way headers are searched in frameworks.

Now I just have to get libxslt 1.0.26 built... sigh...
