[xslt] incremental output

Hi,

I have solved my prevoius encoding problem.

I have forgot to insert:

encoder = xmlFindCharEncodingHandler((const char*)ap_table_get(r->headers_out,"Content-Encoding"));

and then call:


output = xmlAllocOutputBuffer(encoder);


Now all semms to be ok.


I'll do some test to see if the new version is faster than the first.

I'll send you the answer.
