[xslt] Release of libxslt-1.0.26

  Upgrade strongly advised:
     ftp://xmlsoft.org/  and GNOME FTP mirrors
     http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/

 this fixes 3 potential security bug, i.e. the library would crash 
on some conditions:
    * Fixed 3 serious bugs in document() and stylesheet compilation
      which could lead to a crash
