  there have been a macos port for libxml2, the readme lists the following:

paphio:~/XML -> ls macos/
CVS/  libxml2.mcp.xml.sit.hqx  README  src/
paphio:~/XML -> cat macos/README
This is a MacOS port contribution (not to be used for MacOS-X)
for the CodeWarrior environment.
Please contact the author directly in case of problems:
   Eric <erlavigne@wanadoo.fr>

  thanks,

Daniel
paphio:~/XML ->

  I don't see why libxslt could not be compiled there too ...
But I never got feedback on this,

Daniel
