[xslt] Relase of xsldbg 2.0.5 (Beta2), Quanta+ patch (Beta1)

Hi all,

xsldbg has finaly got back to a beta. The changes include
  o fix for breakpoint at "file entities" included in the DTD of a XML file
  o improved searching
  o setting variable values
  o various bug fixes
  o support for the Quanta+ plugin
  o more commands
  o more options
  o conversion of xsldbg to be mostly a library
