Transformiix, which originated from a MITRE project, was contributed to
Mozilla before libxslt even existed.

I have suggested several times to the Mozilla people that they change to
libxslt (to achieve better performance and standard-compliancy), but they
appear to be in the "death march" mode and not open to such suggestions
at present.
