[xslt] Possible error in libxml

Hi,

I've just been made aware of changes to libxml in 
the cvs that might be a problem. 

file : globals.h  
line: 70 
version: 1.4 
problem : xmlGenericErrorFunc is refered to be 
not forward declared and causes errors a line 70, 
and 89 and 217. I haven't time to look at this 
any further.
