[xslt] dynamic link failures on NetBSD

I downloaded libxslt 1.0.0 and tried building it on NetBSD/i386 version 1.5,
and xsltproc is linked in a way which doesn't want to execute. In the
diagnostics, it says:

	Cannot open "../libxslt/.libs/libxslt.so"

running 'ldd' I get:

	(cfh1339) ldd libxslt/.libs/xsltproc
	libxslt/.libs/xsltproc:
		 ../libxslt/.libs/libxslt.so => not found
		 -lxml2 => /usr/local/lib/libxml2.so
		 -lz.0 => /usr/lib/libz.so.0
		 -lm.0 => /usr/lib/libm387.so.0
		 -lm.0 => /usr/lib/libm.so.0
		 -lc.12 => /usr/lib/libc.so.12

I was able to link it by hand, and make everything work, but haven't dug
into why this happens. I don't know much about how libtool etc. actually work,
so I'm not sure what needs to be fixed.

Perhaps it's just a matter of running the test suite from an appropriate
directory?

	Thanks,
