[xslt] Fail build of OpenBSD

Hi all,


   I am trying to build libxslt-1.0.2 on OpenBSD 2.9-current,
but the build was failed and this erorr message return :

   in extra.c:238 :

     lmt = gmt - timezone;

   How can I solve this ?
