Re: [xml] xml Digest, Vol 129, Issue 1

I haven't heard anything back. Since I've been able to test programs that depend on the libxml2 C library 
independent of the libxml2 Python binding, I'm pretty certain the fault lies in the binding itself. Is this a 
known issue with the binding? It is kind of a legacy thing, as I understand, at this point. I can produce a 
simpler working example, if need be, to show this is difficulty. Is there a known working example I can plug 
in to determine things are definitely wrong on my side?
