[xml] Compiling libxml2 against musl

Hi,

I'm maintaining the libxml2 package on OpenWrt. Some weeks ago, there was a bug filed
against the package, regarding a failure to compile libxml2 against musl c library.

Would be nice, if you could give some feedback, e.g. whether the proposed patch
