[xml] Documentation for XML_PARSE_RECOVER

Hi!

I'd like to know more about the specific behavior of libxml2's parser
with the XML_PARSE_RECOVER option set, i.e.:

 - what kinds of errors is it able to recover from?
 - how does it recover? (What insertions are done, etc.)

Is this documented somewhere?  Thankful for any pointers.
