[xml] [PATCH 0/3] Typos and Unicode cleanup in comments/ChangeLog/help

This changeset fixes few typos and removes some multi-byte characters
(from copy-paste of the spec, I suppose) in the comments + ChangeLog
+ xmllint's help.
