You appear to be using mutt, so maybe you're also using procmail, in
which case you might want to filter using the following rule:

:0:
* ^List-Id:.*<xml.gnome.org>
libxml2

This filters on the List-Id header, which the list software adds to each
and very message going through the list, and moves the message to the
folder or mbox "libxml2". Can't go wrong.
