[xml] zlib 1.2.4 released

zlib version 1.2.4 has been released.  It is available here:

    http://zlib.net/

You can see a summary of changes there, and a complete list in the ChangeLog in the distribution.  Most 
notably, compatibility with earlier versions of libxml is broken by this version of zlib.

For now, you should use the first link for each of the distribution files, the one on zlib.net, as the mirror 
links do not work yet.
