[xml] Xmllint succefully validates nonvalid XML Schema

Hi,

I wrote my own XML Schema and I need make it valid. I do it this way:
xmllint --schema XMLSchema.xsd MyXSD.xsd
And it succefully ends, but when I use web validator (http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv), it fails with 
some errors.
Is it bug or I use bad command options? This XMLSchema.xsd is downloaded from W3C pages and I add it to this 
mail.
