The charset specified by the <meta> tag in the HTML (ISO-8859-1),
which would be overruled by the charset specified in the XHTML/XML
header (ISO-8859-1) if it wasn't served as text/html, is being
overruled by the charset specified in the HTTP header (UTF-8).
Perhaps someone added an "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8" setting to Apache's
configuration?
Yeah, broken Apache configuration, should be fixed now, but
that thing is a real pain !
