  Okay, documentation is generated from comments in the source, as usual
I take patches :-) . Note that there is a xmlTextWriterFlush() so 
that function is not strictly needed, that can be controlled by the user
too ! Other things may influence the flow, like an intermediate buffer needed
for encoding conversion.
