[xml] xmlUnlinkNode doc clarification

Here's another quick suggestion for the libxml reference documentation.
The documentation doesn't say what the behavior of xmlUnlinkNode is with
respect to any children of the unlinked node.  It appears to splice  
out the
entire subtree rooted at the node, but it would be helpful if the  
docs made
that explicit.
