[xml] advogato: limiting use of --recover

Hi,

There didn't seem to be any discussion on this on the mailing list.
(is this the one? http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/xml)

Probably the most effective is to make this feature interactive,
with an "are you sure?" prompt, and a blurb that appears every time
stating why this is a bad idea for normal use, quoting the spec, etc.

Just a thought,
