Hi,
Can somebody recall and clarify the nature of the
"fake node libxslt" in xpath.c?
I can't, but I have theoretical thoughts. There might be (or not be)
situations where a root node contains children copied _by reference_.
It might be an RTF for xsl:variable or xsl:param, or somehing for
exsl:node-set (probably not). In these imaginary situations, nodes are
shared between trees, and some indicator is required to distinguish
between the master and copies. A fake node might be the indicator.
...

Kasimier
