  Remain from the time I was using gtk-doc maybe, 
2 lines before we have
   - INSTALL@ -m 0644 $(srcdir)/html/*.html $(DESTDIR)$(HTML_DIR)/html
so just remove 
   - INSTALL@ -m 0644 $(srcdir)/html/index.sgml $(DESTDIR)$(HTML_DIR)/html
it makes no sense anymore
